PATRICK GULKA

Patrick is a Certified Inspector through the Inspect4U Home Inspector Training Program, which set a Canada-wide standard of excellence for inspectors. He is also a member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors), giving him access to the most current standards and practices in residential construction and renovation. In 2019, Patrick achieved the rank of Certified Master Inspector — the highest designation in the industry. With years of experience and a reputation for thoroughness, Patrick is committed to helping clients feel confident in one of the biggest investments of their lives.

TELMO MEDEIROS

Telmo completed the Mohawk College Home Inspection Program in 2017, a Carson Dunlop–provided curriculum recognized across Canada for its depth and quality. Since then, he has worked alongside Patrick and developed extensive experience in all aspects of home inspection. As a proud member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI), Telmo is dedicated to ongoing learning and maintaining the highest professional standards.

SCOTT MACKEY

Scott became a Certified Inspector through InterNACHI’s training program, a globally recognized standard for the industry. Before joining Rock Solid, he apprenticed extensively with Patrick, learning to combine technical knowledge with a client-first approach. Scott’s background in residential construction gives him an added edge when it comes to spotting issues and explaining their implications clearly.

PAOLO LACH

Paolo is a Certified Inspector through the Inspect4U Home Inspector Training Program. He apprenticed with Patrick before joining Rock Solid and has since built a reputation for his attention to detail and approachable style. As an InterNACHI member, Paolo stays up to date on the latest building practices, inspection tools, and standards to ensure clients receive the most accurate assessments possible.
