Locally owned and in business since 2014, we have earned a reputation for using qualified property inspectors who take the time to explain their findings using the latest techniques.
Patrick Gulka
Patrick became a Certified Inspector through the Inspect4U Home Inspector Training Program. They set a Canada-wide standard of excellence for home inspectors. Inspect4u does training of home inspectors in Alberta and B.C., where inspectors are governed by provincial standards and testing. Those same standards are applied to all Inspect4u graduates, Canada-wide, to ensure their home inspectors are properly trained.
Patrick is a member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors), which is the largest association of home inspectors and the best resource for any active inspector. As a member of InterNACHI, he has the most up-to-date information on the newest advances in residential construction and renovation. In 2019, Patrick achieved the rank of Certified Master Inspector, this is the highest rank a Certified Professional Inspector can Achieve.
Telmo Medeiros
Telmo became an inspector after completing the Mohawk College Home Inspection Program in 2017. His program of study was provided by Carson Dunlop College. It is the most extensive home inspection program on the market, as it has been providing training for over 30 years. After completing the Mohawk College program, Telmo apprenticed with Patrick extensively prior to beginning his career as a home inspector. Telmo is a proud member of the OAHI, the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors.
Spencer Fallis
Spencer became an inspector after completing the Durham College Home Inspection Program in 2019. His program of study was provided by Carson Dunlop College. It is the most extensive home inspection program on the market, as it has been providing training for over 30 years. After completing the Durham program, Spencer apprenticed with Patrick extensively prior to joining the Rock Solid Home Inspections team. Spencer is a proud member of the OAHI, the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors. Spencer is now proud to be a Certified Professional Inspector Through NACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors).
Aaron Cowie
Aaron became an inspector after completing the Carson Dunlops Home Inspector Training Directly from The Carson Dunlop School of Home Inspections in 2020. It is the most extensive home inspection program on the market, as it has been providing training for over 30 years. After completing the Carson Dunlop program, Aaron apprenticed with Patrick extensively prior to joining the Rock Solid Home Inspections team. Aaron is a proud Certified Professional Inspector with NACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors).
