What we do with your details.
Short version: we use them to answer you and book your inspection. Nothing else.
What we collect
When you use the quote form or email us, we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, the service you're asking about, and anything you add in the message box. Our web server also keeps ordinary access logs, which include the address your connection came from.
What we use it for
- Replying to you and booking your inspection.
- Preparing your inspection report and invoice.
- Answering follow-up questions after the inspection.
We don't send newsletters, we don't sell or trade your details, and we don't share them with anyone except the people and services needed to deliver your inspection.
Who else touches it
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by an email service provider. Our website is hosted by a web hosting provider. Both handle your details only to deliver the message and host the site.
How long we keep it
Inspection records and reports are kept as long as we need them for business and insurance purposes. Quote requests are kept only as long as needed to respond to you.
